For refund concerns, we recommend that you reach out to the iTunes Store support since the Canva Pro subscription that you’ve purchased is tied up with your Apple ID. Sorry about your concern about subscription with your account. DISGUSTING SCAM THIS APP IS AND THE SUPPORT STAFF PULLING THE STRINGS ARE EVEN MORE DISTURBING. Another spoiler - THERE WAS NO REFUND, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, CONVINCINGLY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AND THEN DROP OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH. I CHECK UNDER MY SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IT IS NOT THERE, THE SYSTEM HAS REMEMBERED NOTHING, AND RESTARTED NOTHING. Spoiler- I go to use my features tonight and NO PRO. Another person from support “Jahmie” tells me to CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND DON'T BOTHER TO RESUBSCRIBE BECAUSE THE SYSTEM WILL REGISTER MY PAYMENT.
I gave it another week.no status change or response so I emailed again. They ask for proof of purchase, ask for the email you’d like it under and then you hear NOTHING. Emailing their support I explain my situation and am told they’ve been “having an issue with some of the pro accounts registering”. The yearly subscription is under my Apple ID, numerous receipts of purchase, so I try a step further. After 2 weeks I no longer have pro features.
